If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to the following reasons: Your purchase was made from a different country and was being shipped over seas. Your card was declined leaving the charges against it unpaid. There is a delay in communication between us as we have many transactions and your transaction could be stalled in some other way.

Once we have received your order and payment, we will process and print the designs. It may take up to 5 business days for us to hand over your package to our supplier. Please note that after we have handed over your package to our supplier, we cannot influence delivery times. Our logistics partner always does his best to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery will be made within 5-14 business days after completion of goods in Germany (USA), for international deliveries (e.g., Canada, Australia, New Zealand) within 10-14 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or national holidays.

Of course you can track your order with a tracking number. As soon as we have passed on your package to our shipping service provider, we will send you your tracking number by e-mail. With this tracking number you can track your order on our site for free. Under the tab "Helpful" you will find the page "Track My Order", there you can easily track your order with the help of your tracking number.

Every shipment from us are shipped free of shipping costs. We also include a tracking number which you can track your parcel.

Yes, unfortunately you have to pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods yourself. We send the goods free of charge to you, so we expect them back free of charge. Please have understanding for it!

The colorless pictures already show areas through lines, which you can now color with the corresponding colors.
